Instructional leadership is provided by Glenn Derouin, owner of Paraglide Canada. Glenn is a Senior Instructor and Tandem II pilot under national standards set by The Hang Gliding & Paragliding Association of Canada.
Glenn has taught paragliding for more than 14 years and has offered instructor and tandem clinics every year for the past 12 years. His companies have trained almost every instructor and tandem pilot in British Columbia and many more across Canada.
Among Glenn’s initiatives… first in Canada to organize advanced maneuver clinics, which continue to be offered every year…first in Canada to organize thermal and cross country clinics…successful bidder for the British Army paragliding training contract six years running.
